Use Onions to charge iPod’s – Yes it can be done and we have verified this.
While it is possible to do this with other vegetables just because of the nature of simple electrolytes. As you may be familiar with electrolytes in water (H2O), if you was have paid attention on your high school science class you too can be just like this guy and do a YouTube video of him charging his iPod using an Onion. Ha Ha – we are still laughing because it really works! Try at your own risk, and for goodness sake, don’t live the Onion sitting around in our car or on your desk, your iPod might have a full charge but others will have to bare the horrid smell! To Charge your iPod using and Onion for up to 20 minutes using electrolytes derived from Gatorade or Powerade which are then stored within the cells of an onion.
Dare to try at your own risk! HA HA!
