How to unlock iPhone 1.1.3 or iPod touch 1.1.3.

In case anyone goofed up and downloaded the firmware version 1.1.3 for your iPhone or iPod touch and now you must re-un-lock your iPhone with the 1.1.3 firmware... fear not, we are here to help you!
