With games like Labyrinth, something as simple as moving through a maze, you’re offered hours of fun and even creative opportunity allowing you to create your own map for less than $10. There are also the well known favorites like Tetris and Ms. Pac-Man. And when you want to challenge a friend, there’s the old favorite, Scrabble. Offering touch screen, game design and playability the iPhone still has growth potential despite some control problems for some of the games, like Ms. Pac-Man or Super Monkey Ball. Maybe one of these days one of the developers will grab a few ideas from the Wii or DS that will open the window to take advantage of the iPhones full potential. With the iPhone offering cool features and a few good games, it’s not your normal cell phone and could really become the latest source for handheld gaming.
How do you rate the games currently available for the iPhone? Do you think it’s a good way to play some of the old favorites or do you think it’s just hype?
