HI,
MY IPOD NANO 4GB HAS MESSAGE ( USE ITUNES TO RESTORE ) IT WILL NOT RESET USING NORMAL MENU/CENTRE BUTTONS. MY DAD BOUGHT A POWER SUPPLY CHARGER AND WHEN I PLUGGED IT IN THAT WAS THE MESSAGE DISPLAYED AND WILL NOT SHUT DOWN OR RESET, CAN ANYONE ASSIST WITH I TUNES INFO ?
