Wow, so sorry that Cucusoft's service was not helpful in the begining! I have never had a problem with them. I am glad it all worked out for you and that you love the program. I use the program offten to rip my DVD's. I have a big DVD library so When I fly out I have no problem finding a new movie to put on my iPhone. Good luck with the program!
