| Written by Moms with ipods, on 02-07-2008 10:45 I bought the cucusoft converter software when I bought my new I-POD. I was very excited and all ready to convert some of my DVD\'s. When I ran the software I kept getting an error telling me I was missing the DVD decoder and needed to download the codec all in one. After doing this I still could not get the software to work. I have a new laptop with top of the line software and could not figure out why I was having problems. I contacted Tech Support with Cucusoft with 3 seperate e-mails requesting help but the only response was the auto generated replay saying they had recieved my e-mail, they never responded. After 8 days of agony I went on their website and downloaded everything they had, including the trial version and finally got the software to work. I have loaded several movies now and am happy with the quality. The program might be nice but the tech support is non existent.  |
