The iPod nano is on FIRE – Literally – iPod nano catches on fire
View the news video HERE! Just yesterday an employee of the Hartsfield Atlanta Airport’s iPod nano caught on fire while in his pants pocket. Luckily the owner of this iPod nano is okay and although this seems to be an isolated incident there have been a few other reports of an iPod nanos catching fire. Though the iPod nano uses the same form of batteries used in thousands of other electronic devices such as laptops, it uses the same type of battery technology. Although it is not confirmed of any dangers of other iPods as they all share the type of battery. Any electronic device with such batteries has a potential for unwanted damages especially if damaged or tampered with. We do not know the full details of what the initial cause of this incident and from reports after the fact it remains that iPods are still “safe” devices. Oh, this is another good post where it just gets better and better for some of the things that happen out in the iPhone and iPod world. A New York woman is so angry at Apple Inc. for lopping $200 off the price of the iPhone that she's filed a lawsuit seeking $1 million in damages.Dongmei Li of Queens, New York, claimed the company violated price discrimination laws when it slashed the price of the 8-gigabyte iPhone by a third, from $599 to $399, within two months of the gadget's June debut. Whoa! The big question for today, or the week… well at least until you get that nasty iPhone software update downloaded onto your iPhone. Some of the iPhone owners may have been warned today that if you have unauthorized programs installed on your iPhone it may stop functioning in some form or manner after it receives the latest iPhone software update. You can read more about this on our discovered link on CNN.com here: Apple: Hacked iPhones could shut down Post your comments and tell us what you think and what you (we) should do! To convert your DVD to your iPod in a MP4 video file format you must use a good DVD to iPod converter program such as Cucusoft’s DVD to iPod converter program. The full process of converting a DVD to iPod is very timely and can be difficult if the proper steps are not taken. You can spend up to several hours in wasting your time and energy in ripping a full length DVD and saving that file for conversion to an MP4 for your iPod if you use manual conversion procedures by use of manual ripping and converting processes. Video MP4 files are playable on the 5th generation video iPod classic as well as the new 6th generation video iPod classic. Download FREE trial version of Cucusoft DVD to iPod Converter
